Final Presentations are Available
The final versions of each of the SEATA speakers' presentations have been loaded and are now available.
For those attendees who want to pursue continuing education (CPE/CLE) credits, the Continuing Education Credit Sheet may also be found at the same site. After you complete the Continuing Education Credit Sheet, it should be submitted, along with the required documentation, to your state certifying authority. Please do not send them back to the Virginia SEATA staff.
Evaluation Forms
The email address on the 2008 SEATA Conference Evaluation Form was not working temporarily. This problem has been resolved and you may now email your Evaluation Form to the address on the form: seata.evaluations@tax.virginia.gov.
We encourage everyone to complete and submit an Evaluation Form. The information from the evaluations will be shared with Mississippi and will be used when they plan SEATA 2009. We look forward to receiving your feedback.

Dress Code
As a reminder, dress code for SEATA 2008 is "less then" business casual. For men - No ties or jackets (this includes speakers)for the sessions or the evening events. For ladies – "summer casual", capris or Bermuda shorts. For the evening events – capris, summer skirts or dresses.

Youth "Light" Program
The SEATA Youth Light option was designed to meet childcare needs, for those not registered in the full Youth Program, during the SEATA Sunday night opening dinner and Tuesday night closing dinner. SEATA Youth Light will feed and entertain the children (5 years and older). Cost for this option is $100 and it's not too late to sign up.

CPE CLE Credits
The form for these credits will be posted next week on the Registration Page. We will also have copies available at the conference.

Please note that the conference hotel, The Marriott, is sold out - there are no rooms available. Rooms will be available on a SEATA block on WEDNESDAY, June 18 at the Williamsburg Courtyard by Marriott. Please do not try to make a reservation at the hotel until that date, reservations will not have any knowledge of the block until Wednesday. As the time draws ever closer for us to welcome you to SEATA 2008, we have added a second option for our Youth program.
We now have an option just for you: the "light" version of the Youth program. This version will include only Sunday's Colonial Williamsburg scavenger hunt, and Tuesday's boardwalk-style carnival.
