Clarence Collins has served as the Administrator for the Office of Income Tax Administration since November of 2007. He has been with the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration for over 35 years. Prior to becoming the Income Tax Administrator Clarence served as the Manager of Individual Income Tax. Clarence attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
